  • The Suncoast rooms vary from $39 a night to $129 depending on which night and the type of room.

There is no shuttle service between these hotels and the Red Rock but taxis are plentiful or rent a car (check www.hotwire.com for some good rates). Even if you are not in the Convention, you can still participate in all the fun!  Parking is free at the Red Rock.

Please note that there is no shuttle service available,

If you are willing to drive a bit, there are motels all over the Las Vegas area, so be creative and join us!

Important Notes About Your Reservation

For those booked at the Red Rock, a $24.99 resort fee per night will be WAIVED so long as the discount is in effect.Group rate includes daily in-room internet, daily newspaper, admission to the exercise facility at the Resort (normally @ $30.00), shuttle service to and from the McCarran International Airport and the Strip on a set schedule based on availability.

This is a resort hotel in Las Vegas, so a couple of the hotel policies about your reservation may be different than what you’re used to.

Since this is a resort hotel, and most of their guests tend to charge meals and drinks to their room while enjoying the casino.  So the hotel requires a pre-authorization of $50 per night to cover incidentals.  This pre-authorization will be charged at check-in.  Please note that if you use a debit card, the pre-authorization will act as a direct withdrawal from your bank account and the funds will be automatically withdrawn upon check-in.  After deducting an amount equal to the incidentals used during your stay at the Resort, any balance will be credited to your bank account upon check-out.

Also, you will be charged one night’s room and tax deposit at the time you make your reservation.  This deposit amount will be credited against your final bill upon check-out.

Things To Do Onsite at the Red Rock (besides the convention, of course)

Spa - Pamper yourself in 35,000 sqft of tranquil, luxurious surroundings.

Fitness center – If you eat too much at the fabulous onsite restaurants, don’t worry, your room registration includes access to the onsite fitness center to work off those extra calories.

Dining – There is no shortage of dining options with the 17 restaurants onsite, including a food court, a buffet, casual dining, and several upscale options as well - all without setting a foot outside the Red Rock.  Yes, there is a Starbucks!  And there is a steakhouse plus Japanese, Mexican, Italian, a burger joint, an American fare café and more.  And if the onsite options aren’t enough, a shopping center across the street has several more choices.

Clubs/bars – The Red Rock has a lounge, two inside bars, a beautiful poolside bar, and a night club.

Pool – The Red Rock calls it the Backyard – three acres of Las Vegas resort pools featuring a beach area, cabanas, wading pools, and an island.

Bowling alley – Red Rock Lanes has 72 lanes of bowling alley fun.

Movie theater – Onsite at the Red Rock is a Regal Cinemas 16-screen movie stadium-seating theater complex (including an IMAX) with the newest blockbusters.

Casino  - It is Las Vegas.  The Red Rock doesn’t overwhelm you with casino atmosphere everywhere you go, but if that’s what you want, you will not be disappointed.    You’ll find more than 3,000 of the latest casino slots, video poker, table games, race & sports book, keno lounge, bingo, and more.  Daily No-Limit Texas Hold’em poker tournaments  can be found in the 24-hour poker room.

Kids Quest – Las Vegas is known for being a paradise for adult fun, but the Red Rock Resort has also earned a reputation for being one of the most kid-friendly hotels in Las Vegas.  Part of that is due to Kids Quest – a specially designed floor-to-ceiling climing maze and play structure consisting of up to 35 activities (tunnels, slides, ramps, stairs, climbing nets, periscopes, air hops, bumper bags, talking tubes, and more.  Let your children crawl, climb, bounce, hop, tumble, and slide in a professionally supervised, secure environment.  See the Red Rock website and www.kidsquest.com for important information about a need to provide immunization records on the first visit.
